By accessing and using Tix ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it.

3. Ticket Purchases

All ticket purchases are subject to availability. Prices are set by event organizers and may change without notice. A service fee applies to all transactions.

4. Organizer Responsibilities

Event organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event information, ticket availability, and the delivery of the advertised experience. Tix serves as a marketplace and is not the event organizer.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users may not: resell tickets above face value without authorization, use automated systems to purchase tickets, create fraudulent accounts, or engage in any activity that disrupts the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Tix, including logos, designs, and software, is owned by Tix and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tix is not liable for event cancellations, changes, or issues caused by event organizers. Our liability is limited to the service fees collected.
