Last updated: July 8, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Tix platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by this User Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service. This agreement applies to all users including attendees, organizers, and visitors.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and purchase tickets. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Account Registration

Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Purchasing Tickets

When you purchase tickets, you receive a limited license to attend the specified event. Tickets are non-transferable except through the Platform's official transfer feature. Reselling tickets above face value is prohibited. The Platform is not liable for events cancelled by organizers.

5. Organizer Obligations

Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event listings, delivering events as described, and complying with all applicable laws. Organizers must adhere to the separate Organizer Agreement and all platform policies.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not: use the Service for illegal purposes, attempt to disrupt or compromise platform security, use bots or automated systems to purchase tickets, submit false information, or engage in ticket fraud or scalping. Violations may result in account termination.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, designs, text, and software, is owned by Tix or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute Platform content without prior written consent. Event content remains the property of the respective organizers.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Platform does not guarantee that events will occur as scheduled and is not responsible for organizer conduct or event quality. The Platform acts solely as a ticketing intermediary.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to the Platform in the preceding 12 months.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. Users waive the right to participate in class actions.

11. Changes to Terms

The Platform may update this User Agreement at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
